Ms. Quan is an Associate at O-H Community Partners, supporting strategic planning, program implementation, and community outreach projects.

Before joining OHcp, Ms. Quan worked with an education nonprofit to develop its recruitment strategy for a highly national selective teaching fellowship on college campuses in the Boston metro area. In her time with the organization, she raised awareness and interest in the nonprofit's mission among undergraduate students and increased application rates for the fellowship. Prior to this, Ms. Quan worked for a child welfare organization based in Sydney, researching trends in corporate social responsibility in Australia and abroad. She has drafted and implemented proposals for CSR opportunities for a variety of corporate partners including banks, design firms, and office suppliers. In addition, she has analyzed the benefits of shareholders' conference programs; designed a system to advocate for individual client care; and assisted in implementing high impact national fundraisers. 

Ms. Quan received a B.A. in Anthropology with a minor in Economics from Harvard University. She has worked with nonprofits throughout the United States and abroad.
