Meghan McShan

Meghan McShan is an Associate at O-H Community Partners, supporting implementation, strategic planning, and community outreach projects at the firm.
Prior to joining OHcp, Ms. McShan worked as an analyst at Accenture where she provided critical support on a number of consulting projects for Fortune 1000 companies. In her various roles at Accenture, Ms. McShan worked to streamline business processes, manage project operations and analyze data used for critical decision making. On her most recent engagement, she worked to implement a $4 million dollar technology project by providing program management and analytic support to a global team of over 100 people.
In addition to her work at Accenture, Ms. McShan is actively involved in the Chicago area civic community. She has an extensive volunteer experience which includes work with Junior Achievement, a non-profit dedicated to teaching children the value of entrepreneurship and economics and Powered by Action, an organization that works to build sustainable villages in Africa. She currently volunteers with Quad Communities Center for Working Families where she helps facilitate employment opportunities for low skilled workers.
Ms. McShan graduated with honors from Spelman College in 2008 with a B.A. in Economics. There she served as the president of her college’s first business association and worked to broaden program offerings and expand membership of the organization. She was also an active member of the Morehouse Business Association and Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honor Society in Economics.
